01distro is built compliance-first. The platform is designed to help licensed operators meet state cannabis regulations while keeping day-to-day operations fast and auditable.

Regulatory integrations

We integrate with the state traceability systems operators are required to use, including Metrc and BioTrack. Inventory movements, batches and sales can be synchronized so your on-platform records stay aligned with your regulatory reporting.

Batch & seed-to-sale traceability

• Every product can be tracked at the batch level with received dates and remaining quantity.
• FIFO / LIFO inventory methods are configurable per organization.
• Tag and batch assignments follow each order line through fulfillment.

Audit trail

Sensitive changes — orders, payments, inventory adjustments and status transitions — are written to an immutable change log with the acting user and a timestamp, so you can reconstruct exactly what happened and when.

Data handling & isolation

Each organization's data is isolated within our multi-tenant architecture and is never shared across tenants. Access is role-scoped and authenticated, and compliance records are retained for the periods required by applicable regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details on collection and retention.

Shared responsibility

01distro provides the tooling to operate compliantly, but compliance is a shared responsibility. You remain responsible for holding valid licenses, reporting accurately to regulators and following the laws of your jurisdiction.
