Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of 01distro. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be a licensed cannabis operator, or act on behalf of one, and comply with all applicable state and local regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials and those of your team.

Acceptable use

  • Use the platform only for lawful, licensed cannabis operations.
  • Do not attempt to access another organization's data or circumvent access controls.
  • Do not interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Keep your regulatory reporting (Metrc / BioTrack) accurate and current.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial, and you can cancel at any time. Annual plans are discounted relative to the monthly rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

Your organization retains ownership of the data it submits. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and updates may occasionally affect access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 01distro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your regulatory non-compliance. The platform supports your compliance obligations but does not replace your legal responsibility to meet them.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or unlawful use. On termination, you may export data that is not subject to a regulatory retention requirement.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
