We collect information you provide directly and data generated as you operate your organization on the platform:

• Account details — name, email, role and the organization you belong to.
• Operational data — products, inventory, orders, customers, payments and payroll.
• Compliance data exchanged with state systems such as Metrc and BioTrack.
• Usage and device data — log events, IP address and browser type, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use your information

• To operate, maintain and secure the platform for your organization.
• To synchronize inventory and sales with required regulatory systems.
• To provide support, send service notifications and respond to your requests.
• To improve performance, reliability and product features.

Multi-tenant data isolation

01distro is a multi-tenant platform. Each organization's data is scoped and isolated so it is never accessible to another tenant. We do not sell your operational data, and we do not use it to advertise to your customers.

Data retention

We retain organizational and compliance records for as long as your account is active and for any period required by applicable cannabis regulations. You may request export or deletion of data that is not subject to a regulatory retention requirement.

Security

Access is authenticated and role-scoped, data is encrypted in transit, and changes to sensitive records are written to an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect the information entrusted to us.
